A mousse cake is a modern dessert which consists of a soft mousse, fruit filling and a layer of sponge cake. Some cakes include other elements like crunchy layer, soft cream, caramel, ganache, nuts etc. to enrich the flavour.

A mirror glaze is a part of decoration which is one of the most beautiful parts of the mousse cake! It's a thin layer which covers the cake to give it an individual design and make it more elegant. It's completely edible and it tastes great because of the white chocolate it is made from.
Although sponge cakes aren't part of my main offer, I could still make one for you and it will taste as delicious as a mousse cake! Contact me and we will discuss flavour and decoration. Please notice that I don't make traditional sponge cakes such as Victoria Sponge cake, Chocolate Fudge cake, Lemon Drizzle cake, but I would love to offer you more sophisticated and delicious alternatives!
Yes, all desserts can be collected as a candy bar. Besides that, I can also offer you other types of desserts to complement your celebration smiling-face
Unfortunately, I don't work with fondant and sugar paste. If you're looking for this kind of decoration I could offer you less sweet elements such as chocolate figures, edible drawing or cookies.
Macarons are gluten free! smiling-face And also I can make a gluten free cake for you. Unfortunately, gluten free cupcakes, vegan cakes or vegan cupcakes are not available.
I would love to use pictures as an inspiration, but I believe it's better to give you a special and unique cake by combining your photos with my own artistic design.

A mousse cake is as soft as ice-cream, but it keeps its shape even when it isn't in the fridge. However, to keep a cake safe, it should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 72 hours. You can keep it out of the fridge up to 1 hour in a place where the temperature is not higher than 18-22°C.

To keep cupcakes safe, they should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours. Additionally, it’s best to leave them for 10-15 minutes in a room temperature before consuming.

Macarons also should be kept refrigerated and it’s recommended to consume them within 3-4 days. If you leave them for 10-15 minutes in a room temperature before consuming, they will taste even better!
Be careful with the ordered cake when you transport it! To avoid any damage, you should place it on a flat surface - between your legs while you're in a car or in the car boot. Putting in on the sloping seats might not be a good idea.

Sometimes I make an extra cake for my orders. It's completely fresh and ready to collect in 5-6 hours. It isn't covered with any design, so you can pick your favourite one to fit your celebration. Please don't hesitate to contact me about an ASAP cake.

A set of cakes is a perfect opportunity to try various cakes if you don't want to be limited to just one flavour drooling-face Besides that, I'd love to add your favourite flavours to the list of offered cakes. That's why sometimes I make a few different cakes with new flavours and share them with you to get your feedback. Unfortunately, you can't order a set of cakes if there are no sets available, but you can pre-order it as soon as I put information about a new planned set. I always post it on the CakeModern's Facebook Page and Instagram profile.
